Can I use my Grounding Sheet underneath my normal sheet?
Yes, you can use the sheet beneath your current bed sheet, as long as the covering sheet is made from natural materials like cotton or bamboo.
Some people prefer to use the grounding sheet as the top layer for more direct contact and a stronger connection. However, our multimeter tests have shown that a strong Earth connection is still maintained even when the Grounding sheet is placed under a cotton sheet, with additional layers of clothing or pajamas if cotton or bamboo.

So, I asked for AU plug, but received a round pin. BUT! The AU adapter specifically designed for this was hidden in the packaging. The adapter isn’t a cheap adapter plug. It fits to the round plug firmly which was very pleasing to see. My partner has had very good sleeps this week and when she wakes up she can fall asleep easily. Really good product
